Your Agent Needs A Home

Only 5% of enterprise AI projects reach production. The agents that do work are expensive, because every reasoning step and tool call costs tokens. Most teams add one new system for memory, another for context and a third for safety, and every new system adds cost, latency and risk. We think agents already have a better place to live, and most teams overlook it. In this talk, we show where that place is and how it makes agents effective, cheaper to run and governed by default. We will share what we built, what we measured, and what is still an open problem.
