For engineers shipping AI
in production.
One day of technical talks, panels, and a workshop track on the messy realities of building, evaluating, deploying, and maintaining AI systems in production. Hosted in Istanbul. CFP is open.
What LatentShift is
LatentShift is a one-day conference in Istanbul for the engineers who build, ship, and keep AI running in production. Not launch demos or roadmaps. The real work: evals, infrastructure, latency, cost, drift, debugging, security, and the trade-offs that show up after the demo works.
The first edition is on 17 October 2026 at İPA, the Istanbul Planning Agency campus in Bakırköy. One single-track day of long talks, short talks, and hands-on labs, delivered roughly 70% in English and 30% in Turkish. General admission is €5, and the Call for Proposals is open until 15 August 2026, with speaker decisions on 5 September 2026.

General admission
One ticket, one day, every track: the same room for everyone shipping AI in production.
Speak at LatentShift
Bring a real story from AI in production.
We're looking for talks from builders who have built, trained, fine-tuned, evaluated, deployed, debugged, scaled, or maintained AI systems in production. Tell us what problem you ran into, what signals helped you understand it, what trade-offs you made, and what finally worked.
Lineup announcing in batches
We're curating a single-day, single-stage lineup. No parallel tracks. Everyone sees every talk. Speakers will be announced in batches after the CFP closes.
Become a founding sponsor
This is the first edition. The companies on the inaugural sponsor list get permanent recognition as founding supporters; their logos travel with every future edition's "thanks to" page. Four tiers. Limited slots.
Venue
Istanbul's city-planning agency campus, in Bakırköy on the European side. Single stage in the main hall, with side rooms for hands-on labs and an open lounge for networking.
