What LatentShift is
LatentShift is a one-day conference in Istanbul for the engineers who build, ship, and keep AI running in production. Not launch demos or roadmaps. The real work. Evals, infrastructure, latency, cost, drift, debugging, security, and the trade-offs that occur after the launch demos.
The first edition is on 17 October 2026 at Bağlarbaşı Kongre ve Kültür Merkezi in Üsküdar, İstanbul. One single-track day of long talks, short talks, and hands-on labs, delivered in English and Turkish, in close to an even split.
